Frequently asked questions
Is Dosely free?
Yes, the core is free — dose logging, next-dose reminders, the estimated-level curve, injection site rotation, weight tracking, basic food logging and HbA1c entries.
Dosely Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks correlated analytics, AI photo, voice and barcode food logging, full history and doctor-ready exports.
Which medications does Dosely support?
Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, Rybelsus®, Trulicity® and Victoza®, plus a custom entry for anything not listed. Each carries its own class, format and half-life so the estimated-level curve matches the medication you actually take.
How is the "estimated medication level" calculated?
From the doses you logged and the published half-life of your medication — around 7 days for semaglutide, 5 days for tirzepatide, 13 hours for liraglutide. Each dose decays independently and the app sums what remains.
It is arithmetic, not a measurement. It cannot account for your metabolism, other medications or absorption differences. Never use it to decide when to inject.
Does Dosely tell me what dose to take?
No, and it never will. Dosely records what you tell it. Dosing decisions belong to you and your prescriber. See the Medical Disclaimer.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only you can access your records. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it with insurers, employers or pharmaceutical companies. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Can I track HbA1c as well?
Yes — this is one of the things that sets Dosely apart. Log your HbA1c result and test date and the app calculates estimated average glucose (eAG), charts the trend, and reminds you when the next test is due. Most GLP-1 trackers omit this entirely.
Does it work with Apple Health or Health Connect?
Optionally, yes. With your permission Dosely syncs weight, steps and activity with Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. It is entirely optional and you can revoke access in your device settings at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Through the store you bought it from, not through us. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Profile → Account settings → Delete my account. Or email privacy@dosely.fit. Full detail on the Delete your account page.
Can I export my data for my doctor?
Yes. Dosely exports your dose history, weight, food and HbA1c records as CSV, so you can bring a complete record to an appointment.
