Delete your account and data
You can delete everything, permanently, at any time. There are two ways: from inside the app, or by emailing us. Both remove your account and your health data.
Option 1 — delete from inside the app
- Open Dosely
- Go to Profile (bottom-right)
- Tap Account settings
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, email privacy@dosely.fit from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account".
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we proceed — this protects you against someone else deleting your records. We will confirm in writing once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Every dose you logged, with times and injection sites
- Weight entries, HbA1c results and calculated eAG values
- Side effects, craving entries and notes
- Food and water logs, including any meal photos and voice clips
- Profile details — name, date of birth, gender, height, goals
- Reminder and rotation settings
What we keep, and why

How long it takes
- Live systems: within [[N]] days of your request
- Encrypted backups: within [[N]] days, as backups age out on their normal rotation
Things worth knowing first
- Export first if you want a copy. Dosely can export your history as CSV. Once deletion completes we cannot recover anything — including for you.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in your Apple or Google account settings, otherwise billing continues.
- Uninstalling the app is not deletion. If you only uninstall, cloud data stays until you delete the account.
- Apple Health / Health Connect data is separate. Anything Dosely wrote there stays until you remove it in those apps, and revoking permission does not delete what was already written.
Prefer to delete only some data? You can remove individual entries in the app without deleting your account. For anything else, email privacy@dosely.fit.
